Aircraft Rental Rules Renter agrees to... - Call Flight Service Station to get weather information - even if flight is local. - Will File VFR Flight Plan. - Will leave telephone number(s) where can be reached. - NO IFR - No Night Flight. - Minimum VFR : 1500/5 miles and forecast to improve. - No landings at turf fields. - Renter will call if will be later than scheduled. The Airplane may be scheduled after renter. - Any fuel purchased will be deducted from invoice. Must have receipt. - Renter is responsible for tiedown / hanger / pre-heat charges. - Tiedown or hanger airplane as weather indicates. - Pre-heat engine if temperature indicates - Renter will pay statement in full by 15th of following month. - Renter must be current within the last 60 days.
